What is the SKE
The SKE is an innovative fitness device for muscle strength training. Strengthening the legs and upper body has never been so effective and safe.
The SKE combines the naturalness and simplicity of a bicycle with an alternating leg press: we have eliminated full pedal rotation to turn it into a strength-training movement.
How it works
Alternating motion: The pedals move alternately from top to bottom on a circular trajectory without full rotation. This maximizes muscle activation, as each push starts from a standstill.
Advanced technology: A sensor system and app provide real-time feedback on each push, to monitor progress and optimize training.
Adjustable resistance: The adjustable hydraulic brake allows the load to be set from very low to very high (over 200 kg), training strength, power, endurance and coordination.
How to use
Adjust saddle and handlebar settings, set repetitions and recovery, increase brake resistance, and start pushing.
Monitor the display that shows you the force and power you are imparting on the pedals. Control your breathing and use your whole body to push your limits with each push.

The SKE is the tool that didn't exist before, created to continuously train muscle strength in order to achieve your goals, such as sports performance, body toning, general well-being, injury recovery, and the prevention of sarcopenia and osteoporosis.

You can run short (10-15 minutes) or longer (over 45 minutes) training sessions.
