Alternating motion

The pedals move alternately from top to bottom on a circular trajectory that mimics traditional pedaling, but without the full rotation. This maximizes muscle activation with each push, as each movement starts from a standstill.
Adjustable resistance

The adjustable hydraulic braking system allows you to set the resistance from very low (ideal for rehabilitation) to extremely high (over 200 kg), enabling training for strength, power, endurance, and coordination.
Advanced measurement systems

A sensor system and app provide real-time feedback on each push to monitor progress and optimize training.
